2HR Aquarist APT Fix

APT Fix by 2HR Aquarist is a targeted algae treatment for planted aquariums! And from our experience, it’s one of the most effective (but gentle) solutions when you’re dealing with an algae bloom that’s grown beyond manual removal or natural control methods.

Its fast-acting formula works directly on affected areas and biodegrades completely after treatment. APT Fix is especially effective against dreaded Black Beard Algae (BBA), BGA, Staghorn, and filmanentous types like green hair, fuzz, and string algae.

Each bottle includes a spot-dosing pipette for precise and easy application to affected areas. When used as directed, APT Fix is safe for most freshwater fish and shrimp.

Dosing Instructions: Spot dose affected areas. Use up to 1ml per 2.5 Gallons

TIP! Start with half the recommended dosage for 3–7 days before increasing if needed. When spot dosing plants, temporarily turn off filtration to stop flow. For hardscape treatment, partially drain the aquarium to expose affected areas before applying. After treatment, perform a water change to help maintain balance.
