Vegan Fining Agent for Clarifing Beer
Biofine® clear is a purified colloidal solution of silicic acid, (SiO2), in water that has been specifically formulated for the rapid sedimentation of yeast and other haze forming particles in beer.
Usage: Use 3-30mL per 23L of finished beer. Can be added in small multiple doses until desired clairty is achieved. Add first to water, mix well then add to finished beer. Mix in finished beer to ensure even distribution. Allow time for product to settle and clarify beer. Repeat if needed.
Biofine reduces haze in beer for brilliant clarity. Significantly reduces lagering times to achieve clean beer. Great for all beer styles where haze is not acceptable. Professional results without long lagering times.
