Turntable Spirits Dingle Collaboration Drop 2

The Turntable Spirits story begins with two brothers, a serious love of whisky and a backing track of creativity.

With over twenty years of combined experience, Gordon and Alasdair Stevenson realised it was time to carve their own path and flip the record on ordinary and, in the process, create a new generation of blended Scotch Whiskey.

First Irish-Scottish collaboration blend with one of Ireland's first independent distilleries. This blend takes the spice notes from Dingle's single pot still whiskey, which is aged in oloroso casks, and pairs them with Scotch whisky matured in ex-rye barrels, PX sherry puncheons, and first-fill bourbon barrels.

Blend breakdown: Dingle Single Pot Still Oloroso hogsheads 41% | Balmenach First Fill PX puncheons 29% | Blair Athol First Fill Rye barrels 12% | Loch Lomond Grain First Fill Bourbon barrel 22% 

Nose: Sherry-forward with toasted marshmallows, white pepper, mint, nutmeg, and chocolate-covered blueberries.

Palate: Velvety mouthfeel, with notes of stewed plums, nutmeg, and black pepper, complemented by gingerbread and a hint of chocolate.

Finish: Medium length (pretty typical for blends). Sherry notes have dissipated, leaving snippets of leather at the very end.
